2016 (Sophomore): Started all 18 games for the Eagles... ended the season with 11 points scored her first collegiate goal against Keuka and went on to score once more in the 5-0 win (10/4)... scored against Moravian (10/22)... had a career-high three assists against Scranton (10/15)... Landmark's Academic Honor Roll member.

2015 (Freshman): Shephard started in 6 games, playing in 7 during her junior season... she had one assist.

High School: Meredith earned two varsity letters in field hockey and three in indoor and outdoor track at Cazenovia High School... Shephard was named All-Central New York, All-League, and All-State in 2014... She was named her team's Most Outstanding Defensive Player in 2014... Shephard was selected to the National Futures Tournament in 2015... She was also part of her high school's state runner-up title in 2013.

Personal:  Daughter of Andrew and Lori Shephard... POE is biochemistry.

CHANDLER, Ariz.- The ZAG Field Hockey/National Field Hockey Coaches Association National Academic Squad on Thursday. The squad recognizes those student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher through the first semester of the 2016-17 academic year. 13 members of the Juniata Field Hockey team were selected.

THE STORY: Juniata played host to Elizabethtown in its regular season home finale on Saturday night at Knox Stadium. The Blue Jays scored two goals just under a minute apart in the second half to break a tie and defeat the Eagles 3-1.

THE STORY: Juniata hosted Dickinson in a non-conference game on Wednesday night at Knox Stadium. The two teams went to overtime where the Red Devils scored the game’s only goal as they won 1-0.

BRIDGEWATER, VA.- The day after winning a crucial Landmark Conference game against Scranton, the Juniata field hockey team traveled to Virginia to play Bridgewater College. The Eagles played to a second overtime and were able to come out with a win 2-1.

KEUKA, N.Y.- The Juniata field hockey team traveled to New York for a weeknight match with Keuka. The Eagles scored a season-high five goals on their way to a 5-0 win over the Wolves.
