Juniata's 2016 season comes to a close as the Eagles placed 18th in out of 52 schools at the NCAA Division III Regional 8K, hosted by DeSales University.
TOWSON, Md.- At the conclusion of the Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships, the coaches voted to select the Performer, Rookie and Coaching Staff of the year for both the men and women. The conference also awarded All-Landmark honors based on the student-athletes' finish. Juniata senior Conor Dimond (Summerhill, Pa./Forest Hills) was named the Performer of the Year as he crossed the line ahead of the 85-runner field with a winning time of 25:53.08, a personal best.
Juniata men's cross country finished in second place behind Elizabethtown at the 2016 Landmark Championships hosted by Moravian College on Oct. 29. Three Eagles placed in the top ten and seven runners set their new personal bests.
Gettysburg, Pa. - Juniata placed fifth out of 26 schools at the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 15. Conor Dimond led the Eagles with his top-ten performance.

Northampton, Pa. - Conor Dimond and Nicholas Simpson finish at the front of the pack at the Moravian Invitational on Friday, Sept. 16. Majority of Juniata's runners crossed the finish line in the first half of the 67 contestants.
LEWISBURG, Pa.- The Juniata men’s cross country competed at the Bison Open on Friday evening. The Eagles were joined by host Bucknell and Susquehanna.
TOWSON, MD.- The Landmark Conference announced its Men’s Cross Country Preseason Poll on Wednesday morning. Juniata was selected third overall.
