Juniata Shuts Out Penn State Harrisburg 1-0
HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Juniata College men’s soccer team picked up a 1-0 non-conference win over Penn State Harrisburg Tuesday afternoon. It was the Eagles fourth shutout victory this season.

HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Juniata College men's soccer team picked up a 1-0 non-conference win over Penn State Harrisburg Tuesday afternoon. It was the Eagles fourth shutout victory this season.
Juniata improved to 8-5 while the Lions dropped to 7-6.
Junior Dane Azeles (Duncansville, Pa./Hollidaysburg) stayed aggressive in the box in the 28th minute, picking up a rebound off a deflection in front of the net and scoring his eighth goal this season, fourth game winner.
The Eagle defense led by senior goalkeeper Ezra Cassel (Denver, Pa./Cocalico) fended off 14 Lion shots. Cassell picked up seven saves in his fourth shutout.
Juniata returns home this Saturday, Oct. 13 to face Landmark Conference rival Catholic University. The Eagles fell 3-1 when the programs met in 2011, but they tied 1-1 in 2010.
