2015-16 (Senior): (Indoor) Gaines earned a personal record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 10.21 (2/27/2016)... also gained personal record times in the 200m, finishing at 30.37 (2/12/2016) and in the 400m, finishing at 1:07.41.
(Outdoor) Gaines was named to the Second Team All-Landmark in the 400m hurdles after placing second in the event with a time of 1:09.86.
2014-15 (Junior): (Indoor) Gaines earned season best times in the 200m with a time of 31.01 (1/16/15)... also ran a season best time in the 400m, finishing at 1:08.5 (1/31/2015).
