2013 (Senior): Played in 13 games … finished season with five points … both of her two goals were game winners … her overtime penalty stroke goal gave Juniata the 2-1 win at Scranton (Sept. 28) … scored game winner at Goucher (Oct. 12) … spent a season-high 29 minutes on the field at Scranton (Sept. 28).

2012 (Junior): Did not participate in field hockey. 

2011 (Sophomore): Scored a security goal in Juniata’s 3-1 win over Goucher College (10/1)...saw significant playing time in 17 of 20 games…finished sophomore season with two points and with four shots fired. 

2010 (Freshman): Came off the bench in 12 games as a freshman...contributed to the Landmark Conference Championship win against Drew University...scored her first collegiate goal versus Randolph-Macon and her second versus Goucher College.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Helped lead her team to the PA State Championship in 2006 and 2009...District champion and Mid-Penn champion in 2006, 2007 and 2008. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of David and Teresa Slimak...POE is Pre-Vet.
