Woods Named Landmark Cross Country Women’s Runner of the Week
HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Senior Katrina Woods (Shirleysburg, Pa./Mount Union) has been named the Landmark Conference women’s cross country runner of the week, the league announced Monday. Woods finished fourth overall at the Catholic University Invite on Saturday, marking her second consecutive top five finish this season.

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Senior Katrina Woods (Shirleysburg, Pa./Mount Union) has been named the Landmark Conference women's cross country runner of the week, the league announced Monday. Woods finished fourth overall at the Catholic University Invite on Saturday, marking her second consecutive top five finish this season.
This is the third cross country weekly honor of her career. Woods completed the 6K race in 23:22.80, the fastest time of any women's Landmark runner this year. Her time was also the third fastest of her career.
Woods and the Eagles take a bye from competing this coming weekend and return to action at the Lock Haven Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 14.
