Taylor Named Landmark Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md.- Senior, Victoria Taylor (Middletown, Del. / Delaware Military Academy) was one of seven student-athletes honored as the Landmark Conference Women's Volleyball Athlete of the Week.
With the cancelation of the traditional Landmark fall season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Landmark Conference will be recognizing an athlete from each member institution in each conference-sponsored fall sports over the next few weeks.
Honorees were nominated for recognition by their respective institution based on achievements from the shortened season and career accolades.
Taylor has been a four-year starter for the Juniata Women's Volleyball Team. She has appeared in 94 matches and 324 sets for the Eagles. During her career, she has amassed 938 kills, 16 assists, 11 aces, 243 digs and 125 total blocks for a total of 1024.5 points scored. As a freshman, she made the Landmark All-Conference second team and was AVCA All-Region honorable mention. As a sophomore, she was an AVCA Second Team All-American, made the AVCA All-Region team and made the Landmark All-Conference first team. As a junior, she was an AVCA All-American honorable mention, made the AVCA All-Region team, was a Landmark All-Conference first team selection, Landmark Championship MVP and made the NCAAA Regional All-Tournament team.
