Morgan Adams joined the Juniata College women’s lacrosse coaching staff in February 2026.
Adams most recently serves as a coach with Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse, where she works with the 2032 girls team during the summer and fall seasons. In that role, she has led team trainings for large groups ranging in age from eight to 16, designed and implemented practice plans, and oversaw a three-day summer camp. During the Fall 2025 season, Adams assisted with team training sessions and player development initiatives, emphasizing fundamentals, game IQ, and athlete confidence.
Prior to joining Triple Threat Elite, Adams gained valuable youth coaching experience as a volunteer coach with the Devils Lacrosse Club in Flemington, N.J. There, she coached both boys and girls at the youth level, developing drills and practice plans while teaching the fundamentals of the game.
Adams completed a four-year playing career with the women’s varsity lacrosse program at Union College, where she appeared in 58 career games with 35 starts. She finished her collegiate career with seven goals, four assists, 36 ground balls, 26 caused turnovers, and 110 draw controls, contributing across multiple facets of the game. In addition to her on-field performance, Adams was actively involved in campus life, working prospect days, assisting with athletic events across multiple sports, and participating in networking initiatives.
Adams earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College in 2025 with a concentration in United States History and a minor in Classics (Greek). She also studied abroad at the University of Galway in Ireland during the Fall 2023 semester. While at Union, she was a three-year member of the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority and actively supported philanthropic initiatives benefiting cystic fibrosis research.
Adams holds USA Lacrosse coaching certifications for both boys’ and girls’ lacrosse and is currently working toward earning her credentials as a lacrosse official.
