Marissa Molnar was named the head women’s basketball coach at Juniata College in Summer 2024.

• Head Women’s Basketball Coach – Juniata College (2024–present)

  • Led program to a 10-win season in first year

  • Oversaw all aspects of the program, including player development, recruiting, and game preparation

• Assistant Coach / Recruiting Coordinator – Franklin & Marshall College

  • Two seasons on staff

  • Served as lead recruiting coordinator

  • Developed practice plans and led individual skill workouts

  • Implemented new fundraising initiatives

  • Managed team travel logistics

  • Oversaw academic monitoring

  • Coached one Centennial Conference All-Conference selection

  • Mentored five Academic All-District honorees

  • Assisted with all aspects of the program
