The pitchers exchanged zeros until the Rangers tied things up in the fourth on a sac fly to right.
The visitors scored the winning runs in the seventh. With runners at second and third with two outs, they dropped a two-run single in shallow left field to make it 3-1.
Berlin reached on an infield single in the seventh, but the Eagles couldn't narrow the gap.
