Eagles Compete at Dickinson Long-Short
Newville, Pa - Juniata men's cross country put together a solid team showing at the Dickinson Long-short Invitational across both the 8k and 4k races.
In the 8k, junior Conrad Coffey paced the Eagles with a 28:58.1 finish, securing 49th overall. Sophomore McClain Reamer was close behind, clocking 29:37.0 for 60th place, while first-year Andrew Quinn followed with a 29:56.9 effort in 67th. First-year Holden David (31:12.3) and sophomore Clark Gaynor (31:40.0) contributed to Juniata's depth, with sophomore Jake Alexander rounding out the lineup at 31:58.4.
In the men's 4k, first-year Roy Henderson led the Eagles with a 14:59.8 finish to place 71st. First-year Liam Sellers-Johnston also competed, finishing in 22:41.8. The meet provided valuable early-season experience for Juniata's young roster as they continue to progress toward the championship portion of the season.
The Eagles will next compete at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University on October 3rd.
