Sierer Named CVC Athlete of the Week

Huntingdon, Pa.- Will Sierer earned his second Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) athlete of the week this year for the week of March 15th. 

Sierer was absolutely electric this past week, picking up three wins with two being over ranked opponents (#13 Rutgers-Newark and #19 Kean).  He played in all 11 sets, securing a total of 114 assists for an average of 38 per match and 10.4 assists per set. Will currently sits sixth in the country in assists per set, which was only helped after a strong week. Sierer also bagged five kills, 22 digs, a solo block, two service aces, and two block assists. The junior looks ahead as he leads his team into battle against Drew and Wilkes this coming weekend.
