Men’s Basketball Selected Fifth in Landmark Preseason Poll

TOWSON, Md.- The Landmark Conference announced its 2015-16 men's basketball preseason poll on Wednesday. Juniata was slotted at fifth place with a total of 33 points.

Catholic was picked first with 80 points and eight first place votes. Susquehanna is in second with 57 points. Defending champion Scranton was tabbed in third place with 56 points

Drew came in just ahead of the Eagles with 36 points in fourth place. Merchant Marine is just behind JC with 22 points. The remaining teams are Goucher (24 points), Elizabethtown (22), and Moravian (11).

Juniata tips off its season on November 17 at Allegheny. The Eagles first home game will be November 20 against Cazenovia in the Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament.
