Juniata Football Releases 2025 Schedule

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Juniata College Eagles have released their 2025 football schedule, a competitive lineup that kicks off with a Friday night contest and features a new conference rival, a nationally ranked opponent, and a strong slate of home games at Knox Stadium.

The Eagles will open the season under the lights on Friday, September 5, traveling to face Gettysburg College in a primetime matchup at 7:00 PM. It marks an early opportunity for Juniata to make a statement on the road.

The home opener follows just over a week later, as the Eagles welcome Allegheny to Huntingdon on Saturday, September 13 at 1:00 PM. It will be the first chance for fans to see the Eagles take the field at Knox this fall.

The road-heavy early stretch continues the following two weeks, with Juniata visiting McDaniel on September 20 at 2:00 PM, and then traveling to The College of New Jersey on September 27 for a 3:00 PM kickoff. These non-conference clashes provide key opportunities for the team to build momentum heading into league play.

Conference competition begins on Saturday, October 4, when Juniata hosts WestConn at 1:00 PM. The matchup marks the Eagles' first-ever meeting with WestConn, who joins the conference this year, adding a fresh layer of intrigue and rivalry to the 2025 season.

After that, the Eagles hit the road again to face Catholic University on October 11 at 1:00 PM, before returning home for one of the most anticipated games of the year. On October 18, Juniata hosts Susquehanna, a nationally ranked powerhouse and perennial playoff contender. With kickoff set for 1:00 PM.

The final stretch of the schedule includes two more home games and one road trip. On November 1, Juniata travels to take on Wilkes University with an early 12:00 PM start. The Eagles then return to Knox Stadium for back-to-back home contests: Moravian visits on November 8 at 12:00 PM, followed by the regular season finale against Lycoming on November 15 at 1:00 PM.

With a mix of exciting non-conference opponents, emerging rivalries, and high-stakes conference games, the 2025 season promises to be a thrilling journey for the Juniata Eagles and their fans.
