Eagles Fall in Finale, Take Series From Drew 2-1
MADISON, N.J. - After sweeping the first day of the series, Juniata College baseball fell to Drew University, 14-4, in the finale. Juniata (8-16, 4-7 Landmark) has already tied its conference win total from last season and took a series from the Rangers for the first time since 2011. Drew moved to 8-15 overall, 2-7 in league play.

Drew moved to 8-15 overall, 2-7 in league play.
All four runs were scored by four different Eagles over four innings.
Seniors Ben Mersky (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) and Cole Walters (Mt. Union, Pa./Mount Union) along with junior Dan Gray (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) and freshman Cody Krepps (Tyrone, Pa./Bellwood) each hit doubles.
Mersky, Walters and Krepps finished with an RBI and Krepps earned the other run. Junior Mario DeYulis (Ebensburg, Pa./Central Cambria) received the loss for the Eagles. He dropped to 2-4 on the year.
Juniata heads to Mt. Aloysius next on Tuesday, April 9. It will be the Eagles sixth straight road game. They face Mt. Aloysius in a doubleheader that starts at 1 p.m.
