Men's Volleyball Moves Up to 14th in AVCA Poll

LEXINGTON, Ky.- The Juniata men's volleyball team moved up from 15th to 14th in this week's AVCA DIII Coaches Poll.

Over the weekend, the Eagles started off CVC Conference play by facing off with No. 7 Kean and Rutgers-Newark. Juniata fell, 3-1 to No. 7 Kean and defeated Rutgers-Newark, 3-1. 

Against Kean, Quinn Peterson (Las Vegas, Nev. / Shadow Ridge) had his eighth career double-double as he amassed 21 kills and a career high 17 digs. Against Rutgers-Newark, Kevin Duffy (Carlisle, Pa. / Carlisle HS) hit .538 with seven kills, a solo block, and six block assists. David Hibner (Burke, Va. / Lake Braddock Secondary) hit .700 with eight kills and two solo blocks. 

The Eagles will host Southern Virginia in a CVC match on Friday, February 15th at 7:00PM.
